A formal and high end home is in search of an experienced second chef to work Sunday & Monday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Gourmet cooking for the principal (lunch & dinner).
• Family style meals for the staff (10-15 people).
• Cuisine: Healthy, beautifully plated meals.
• All culinary and kitchen related duties (e.g. household shopping, inventory, meticulous clean-up, etc.).
Qualified candidates will report to head chef, is only in need of a part time position, have relevant work experience (minimum of 5 years of verified experience), a culinary degree, excellent communication skills. Discretion, respect for boundaries, clean background, and the ability to navigate diverse personalities is expected.
Compensation: Negotiable Based On Experience
