A Personal Assistant is needed to support a busy single professional. This is a remote work from home role that requires a high-level PA and general office/sales support.
Duties are as follows:
-Receptionist for rental property inquiries (2 located in East Cobb & 3 in Austell)
-Composes correspondence and answer inquiries from various sources
-Facilitate mailings (mail merges, create labels)
-Office organization and filing
-General tech updates for pc, androids and printers
-Draft reports in excel and word, create power point presentations
-Calendar management (scheduling, confirming and rescheduling various appointments)
-Support meetings as needed (take notes, prepare memos and follow up action item emails)
-Errands (grocery, print shop, take cars to get washed/serviced, post office)
-Showing rental properties to prospective tenants -Problem solver who takes initiative and can be given a project that will be thoroughly completed it on time and with value added to the final product
-Excellent proof reader skills with high desire to ensure quality in all work assignments
-Send flowers, cards, gifts etc.
-Assist in organizing home office supply closet. (Office supplies, files folders, general office closet)
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional weekends. Ideal candidate is required to be tech savvy with proficiency in both Mac & PC systems (Word, Excel and Power Point, Asana, Box, MailChimp, Project Broadcast, Wave/Quickbooks), proactive and a problem solver.
