Our client is looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) rock star Personal Assistant who will be the main point of contact for the CEO's residence. As the PA you'll be responsible for bridging the gap between personal and professional scheduling while working in tandem with the standing business schedule, the home schedule, and the family schedule. Coordinating completion of an ongoing To-Do List that involves orchestrating professionals to ensure home renovations, projects are completed. This is a unique role, the CEO is 100% remote with office life managed out of their personal residence. You'll have the flexibility to work from home to support the atmosphere of personal and professional life is running smoothly with these projects in the works. If successful, there is the opportunity to manage other properties that need ongoing care.
About You:
• You have strong interpersonal and clear communication skills, plus love to actively listen
• You are tech-savvy, knowledgeable and can follow security protocols
• You have a proactive approach to oversee projects start to finish
• You have the ability to multitask and dominate coordinating people and schedules
• What You'll do:
• Coordinate with the CEO, his spouse, and the business EA on work-related scheduling, agendas, residential project(s), and punch lists
• Have the ability to collaborate with supervisors and other business professionals remotely and also in person
• Flex your management skills to properly prioritize the many tasks assigned to home projects and to ensure the work is properly completed by their respective deadlines
• Host a weekly check-in with the family to review current and ongoing needs to stay on track
• Be available to be at the residence and oversee services
• Run occasional errands for the family
Nice to have:
• Property and house management experience is a plus
• Must love dogs! And a cat! Or be comfortable around the family pets
This is a remote-first position - occasionally you will need to be onsite to oversee renovation projects.
Compensation: $45,000 per year
