However, all potential candidates must complete an application form, pass a thorough background check, and submit to a personal interview before being considered for placement.
To be a candidate for employment, you must have at least three (3) years of experience working in a private home setting in the U.S. or have equivalent training, must be 21 years of age or older, must be U.S. Citizen or have a work permit, must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, have excellent verifiable references (letters of recommendation a plus), and be willing to make at least a one (1) year commitment.
