Compensation: $120,000–$155,000 depending on experience + full benefits
Reports directly to Principals and Family Office

An experienced Atlanta House Manager is needed for a high-profile private household overseeing multiple residences and daily estate operations. This hands-on role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in structured environments and takes pride in maintaining exceptional household standards. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. The family is seeking someone who will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. The ability to maintain discretion, structure, and consistency is essential. This position will work closely with the female principal and family office team.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations and overall upkeep of multiple properties, ensuring each residence is consistently maintained in pristine, guest-ready condition
• Perform routine walkthroughs of the homes and properties to identify maintenance concerns, organizational issues, or operational gaps
• Maintain high household standards related to cleanliness, organization, presentation, and efficiency
• Create and maintain systems and procedures to support smooth household operations
• Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, nannies, chef, security personnel, and grounds staff
• Manage staff schedules and monitor overall performance and accountability
• Maintain strong communication among household staff and vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, maintenance appointments, and ongoing property projects
• Assist in overseeing construction timelines and property improvement projects
• Track household-related expenses and maintain organized records and reporting
• Provide regular updates and summaries to the principals and family office
• Monitor household inventory and oversee purchasing of supplies and household essentials
• Handle minor household repairs and troubleshooting as needed, or coordinate appropriate vendors for larger projects
• Assist with planning and execution of dinners, events, and in-home entertaining
• Be present during gatherings and events to help ensure smooth execution
• Support seasonal household needs, holiday preparation, and special projects as requested

Qualifications
The Atlanta House Manager Position requires:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a private household, estate management, or luxury hospitality environment
• Experience working in highly structured homes with elevated expectations and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a calm, professional demeanor
• Naturally proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative independently
• Highly organized with strong follow-through skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (text & weekly written recaps required)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where flexibility is sometimes required
• Able to maintain complete discretion and professionalism at all times
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• The principals have expressed a preference for a male Atlanta House Manager due to the specific needs of the household
• Atlanta-based candidates preferred; relocation may be considered for the right individual
