A wonderful couple is seeking a down-to-earth, health-conscious chef. The qualifying candidate must have a warm and friendly personality, formal culinary training and the ability to prepare healthy and nutritious meals. Responsibilities are all culinary related: menu planning, shopping, food and beverage inventory, tracking family preferences, and maintaining a meticulous kitchen/pantry. Those who enjoy using local purveyors and have extensive experience with farm-to-table cuisine are best suited for this opportunity. Chef will be on site to prepare & serve dinners nightly, Monday-Friday along with preparing a simple breakfast and lunch for the couple that will be left in the refrigerator for the following day. Flexibility is needed to work occasional weekends and some mornings when the couple entertains or has guests. The couple’s chef of 5 years is leaving to start a family.
