A mature couple is seeking an experienced Live In Domestic Couple who can take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of two properties, one located in Dunwoody (6,000 s.f.) and the other one located at Lake Lanier (10,000 s.f). The schedule is Monday-Friday working anywhere from 5 to 8 hours per day depending on what needs to be done and where. Occasionally weekends may be required when the principals are entertaining. You will be required to work 2 days at one property and 3 days at the other. The principals’ children and grandchildren live nearby, so candidates must be comfortable around young children when they are visiting. Live In accommodations is a private, furnished house, newly renovated, located across the street from the principals’ Lake Lanier home. This position reports directly to the Estate Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily Housekeeping of two residences as well as seasonal cleaning projects
• Detail housekeeping
• Laundry/Ironing
• Maintain and organize closets, drawers, kitchen pantry
• Various household errands
• Driving/Chauffeuring
• Vehicle & Boat care
• Outdoor pool and patio maintenance
• Light landscaping/blowing leaves
• Power washing
• Maintaining complete indoor and outdoor appearance of the home
• Minor handyman services/home maintenance tasks (indoor/outdoor)
• Maintain home for guest readiness at all times
• Assist with occasional light cooking
• Assist with entertaining (serving/bartending)
• Handle special requests and related duties as needed
• Oversee vendors and contractors when EM is unavailable

Compensation: $140,000/years, full benefits, housing
