Our repeat client is searching for an exceptional Household Manager Housekeeper Nanny in Atlanta to become an integral part of their busy household. This unique “Unicorn” position is ideal for an experienced private-service professional who genuinely enjoys household management, hands-on housekeeping and caring for young children.
The family needs a capable, hands-on professional who genuinely enjoys household management and housekeeping just as much as working with small children. Candidates must have professional experience in all three areas — household management, hands-on housekeeping and childcare — along with verifiable professional references and an excellent driving history.
Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–8:00 PM
35 hours per week guaranteed
1:00 PM–5:00 PM | HOUSEHOLD MANAGER / HOUSEKEEPER
During the first part of the day, the focus will be keeping the household organized, clean, stocked, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
• General hands-on housekeeping — vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, surfaces and daily upkeep
• Family laundry, linens and clothing care
• Grocery pickup, stocking and pantry organization
• Dinner prep, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients (as needed)
• Household inventory and replenishment of supplies, toiletries and pantry items
• Closet, pantry and storage organization
• Trash, recycling and box breakdown
• Dry-cleaning drop-off and pickup
• Package and mail management
• Errands as needed
• Family item pick-ups and drop-offs as needed between the family’s nearby condo and the parents’ home
• Vendor and contractor coordination
• Oversight of household systems and services, including HVAC, security, pool, sprinklers and landscaping
• Coordinating care and maintenance for two family vehicles
• Assisting with event planning, including birthdays, anniversaries, catering and staffing
• Holiday card creation and distribution
• Helping anticipate household needs before they become another item on the parents’ to-do list
5:00 PM–8:00 PM | NANNY / FAMILY SUPPORT
The role transitions into childcare and evening family support, including:
• Providing attentive, engaging care for the children
• After-school/daycare pickup and activity transportation
• Managing the children’s schedules and activities
• Healthy snacks and children’s meal preparation
• Dinner and kitchen cleanup
• Bath and bedtime routines
• Preparing bags and necessities for the following day for the oldest child
• Occasional date-night coverage
