A Catholic Church in Sandy Springs is in search of a full time Rectory Cook/Housekeeper. Duties include planning & preparing menus and meals (lunch), grocery shopping, keeping pantry stocked, maintaining appropriate kitchen equipment, managing a budget, and providing lunch service Monday thru Friday for the clergy of the house. The position handles the overall cleanliness of the rectory, keeping an orderly, tidy house by following a regular cleaning schedule. Various duties include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, and ironing. Rectory size is approximately 3,000 s.f. This position requires a cheerful, friendly disposition. Proficiency needed in food safety preparation and cooking, with a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in restaurant, hotel, private home or hospitality food service.
