Job #: THA117 – Executive Housekeeper **POSITION PLACED**

Suwanee, GA & North Palm Beach, FL

Busy UHNW Principals who travel regularly, are looking for a highly experienced and dependable Full Time Executive Housekeeper to care for their homes in Suwanee, GA and North Palm Beach, FL, (local Atlanta candidates preferred). The ideal candidate must be polished and professional, able to use utmost discretion. The couple’s Suwanee home is 15,000 square feet, (7 bedrooms / 8.5 bathrooms), but only two people reside in it, so most of the time much of the home is unused. You will spend most of your time at their Suwanee home with occasional travel to their Palm Beach home when needed. The average time the Principals send in their Suwanee home is approximately one week out of the month. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable working with and around pets (small hypoallergenic breed).

This is a 5-day a week live in or live out position starting as soon as possible. The lower level of the home will be designated to your live in accommodations (private bedroom/bathroom/kitchenette, living room, private entrance). High flexibility is required when Principals are in residence.


• 5 Star level of cleaning, tidying and general housekeeping
• Care of high-end furniture and artwork
• Changing bed linens, redo and turndown service
• Manage household & deep cleaning when the Principals are traveling
• Cleaning of sofas, chairs, rugs, floors, etc.
• Organizing pantries and cabinets
• Wardrobe management & inventory
• Assist with packing and unpacking Principals’ and guest luggage as needed
• Unpacking luggage, steaming and store clothing carefully (experience with Haute couture clothing required)

• Food shopping and online ordering
• Occasional light cooking and meal preparation, working with Principals to ensure that all meals meet dietary requirements

• Inventory and stock management
• Running errands and personal shopping as requested
• Note and report any default or defect that needs to be repaired or fixed
• Shipping packages
• Scheduling car detail and maintenance services
• Oversee vendors as needed

• A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar position in a high-end private household or a 5 Star Hotel
• Excellent verifiable references required from both current and past employers
• Highly skilled and experienced in all areas of housekeeping and laundry
• Careful and meticulous person who is able to take initiatives and has a keen eye for details
• Perfectionist with a strong sense of responsibility, duty and service
• Highly flexible and adaptable according to the Principals’ needs
• Ability to work independently with supportive direction and oversight from Estate Manager
• Reliable, trustworthy and highly discrete
• Well presented and well mannered person
• Valid and clean driving license and reliable transportation
• Excellent command of English language with strong communication skills
• Able to follow both written & oral directions
• Up to date on Mac & iPhone systems preferred

Compensation: $85,000-$110,000/year based on experience
