Job #: THA132 – Personal Assistant (part time) **CLOSED**

A repeat client of the agency has an immediate need for a part time Personal Assistant. Since this is a part time position, approximately 20 hours per week, my client can be very flexible with the schedule that is consistent during the week (ex. 2 full days, partial days, etc.). Some work can also be done remotely when needed.

List of Duties:
-Manage correspondence for manuscript submissions.
-Update existing database, track queries and replies.
-Manage payment and tracking of bills for accounts.
-Create monthly overview of costs and payments.
-Assist in reorganization of files for writing research.
-Reduce and reorganize existing paper files.
-Refile, discard, scan papers.
-Update and clear existing storage units (2 rooms).
-Access storage units, update existing inventories, arrange transport, sale, donations.
-Update and schedule appointments on digital calendar.
-Schedule and review travel arrangements: planes, car services, hotels, tours, restaurant reservations.
-Manage household inventory lists & valuable items.
- Personal information for family emergencies.
-Maintain email inboxes and contact lists.
-Aggregate and organize family photos across multiple Iphones and computers.
-Assist with creating and sending social invitations and holiday cards.
-Research household purchases, as requested.
-Research household vendors, as requested.
-Meet with repair or maintenance people, as requested.
-General de-cluttering and organization of drawers, shelves, closets.
-Errands-ordering purchases, pickup items, shipping, minor food shopping.
-Other project management and tasks, as requested.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of personal assistant experience & is tech savvy with proficiency in both Mac & PC systems.
