Our repeat client is in search of an outstanding Live Out Houseman/Handyman to support the maintenance of a 18,000 sq. ft. home, reporting directly to the EM. The schedule for this position is M-F, 40 hours per week with occasional weekend support as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness of the home's exterior (patio, deck, pool areas outdoor kitchen, lanterns, etc.).
• Using power equipment specialty equipment during the summer months.
• Supporting and working alongside the current EM.
• Support the housekeepers with the interior cleanliness of the home.
• Perform routine maintenance to the home- changing light bulbs, troubleshooting, etc.
• Garage clean up and organizing.
• Washing, gassing, vacuuming of a fleet of exotic cars, watercrafts & motorcycles.
• Complete other small projects on the estate as directed by Principals and EM. Must have an eye for detail and be highly organized.
Compensation:
Salary $80,000/year depending on experience

Note: If relocating, Family will consider providing housing for 30 days until you have secured a place to live.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role for a private family with excellent verifiable references.
