Our client, a professional athlete, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for a Hybrid live-in position, encompassing responsibilities as a House Manager, Cook and Driver. This role is critical in helping a busy household run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
House Management:
• Oversee household operations for a 30,000 s.f. home, including managing vendors and household staff.
• Obtain and review quotes for household services.
• Shop for groceries and monitor household inventories.
• Ensure all guests sign NDAs upon entering the property.
• Assist with household organization and upkeep as needed
Cooking Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily breakfasts and dinners for the family.
• Plan and execute nutritious and varied meal plans for the family.
Driving Responsibilities:
• Drive and chauffeur Principal to appointments.
• Occasionally help nanny with transportation for Principal's two children (ages: 13 & 10 yrs, old)
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled and maintained regularly.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
Additional Tasks:
• Assist in managing the Principal’s personal calendar and schedule.
• Pack and unpack for travel.
• Care for two large dogs
Position Details:
• Hours: This role involves flexibility, working approximately 50 hours per week (M-F). In certain circumstances, you may be required to work on your scheduled days off. In lieu of additional pay for these hours, you will be eligible to receive equivalent time off.
• Accommodation: The position is live-in, providing a separate private bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role with strong references.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with household management.
• Ability to prepare simple, healthy and varied meals.
• Comfortable working in a household with older children & pets.
• Flexibility with working hours and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
