Location: Roswell, GA
Salary: $120,000 with Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Shorter Day on Friday) but flexibility is required as it may vary to 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary
Our client in Roswell, GA, is seeking an experienced and compassionate House Manager/Cook to provide personal care and household management for an elderly principal in his 70s with some health concerns. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a medical background (a plus) and a passion for creating a supportive and engaging environment. This is a very private family and discretion is a must. The principal’s son and daughter live close by and visit often.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Care & Companionship
• Provide companionship and support for the principal.
• Assist with managing medications, including scheduling and ensuring proper dosages.
• Plan and participate in activities such as museum visits, walks, or shows.
• Manage the principal’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, travel and coordinating transportation.

Meal Preparation
• Prepare dietary-compliant meals for the principal, his son (who lives next door), and occasionally his vegetarian daughter.
• Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Monday-Thursday) and breakfast & lunch (Friday).

Household Management
• Oversee bill payments, medication orders, and grocery stocking.
• Drive the principal to appointments and outings as needed.
• Assist with resetting of the house daily.
• Oversee cleaning service.
• Laundry for the principal.
• Assist Estate Manager with special events.

Flexible Work Arrangements
• Work both on-site and remotely, with the ability to take breaks during the day.

Qualifications
• Local to Roswell, GA: Candidates who reside close by a plus.
• Medical Background Preferred: CNA certification or similar experience managing health needs (not a nursing role) a plus.
• Cooking Expertise: Skilled in preparing dietary and diabetic-friendly meals.
• Organized & Adaptable: Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with the family members. estate manager and team.
• Personality Fit: Kind, caring, introverted yet engaging, with a knack for planning meaningful activities. Discreet and has the ability to “read the room.”
• Candidates must be able to travel with the principal as needed.
