POSITION: Estate Manager
LOCATION: Fayette County
SCHEDULE: Full-Time – 9:00am-5;00pm, M-F with flexibility
SALARY: Negotiable Based on experience plus benefits
STRUCTURE: On-site with some remote administrative flexibility (hybrid)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
A high-profile private household is seeking a professional Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a luxurious main residence and two nearby smaller properties. This trusted EM will manage day-to-day property care, vendor coordination, light administrative and personal assistant duties, and occasional driving responsibilities. Ideal for a service-oriented EM who are highly organized, discreet, and work well as a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estate Management & Property Oversight
• Ensure all three properties are impeccably maintained and guest-ready
• Conduct routine walk-throughs and proactive maintenance scheduling
• Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, and vendor contracts
• Handle minor repairs and coordinate specialists as needed
• Maintain inventories, household supplies, and seasonal upkeep
Light Personal Assistant & Admin Support
• Manage household calendars, errands, and appointments
• Coordinate travel logistics and light event planning
• Maintain records, track expenses, and handle bill payments
• Assist with personal shopping, returns, and occasional gifting
Light Driving Duties
• Drive principals to local appointments and events as needed
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and schedule routine service (4 vehicles)
IDEAL PROFILE:
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar estate role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and solutions-driven
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in demeanor
• Valid driver’s licenses and clean driving records
• Comfortable with light physical tasks and hands-on work
• Able to travel locally or provide occasional weekend support when needed
SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(On-site with remote admin flexibility; occasional evenings/weekends for events or travel support)
