Our client has an immediate need for a part time experienced housekeeper. Both parents work outside of the home.
Schedule:
• Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM
Family Details:
• Family Size: 5 members (18 college student, 16 & 11)
• Home Size: 6,000 square feet (6 bedrooms/6 ½ bathrooms)
• Pets: 2 dogs (Labradoodles)
Responsibilities:
• Detailed Cleaning.
o Clean and sanitize all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and common areas.
o Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces.
o Changes bed linens.
o Home organization.
• Family Laundry:
o Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry for all family members' laundry (a plus).
o Washing bed linens and towels.
• Grocery Shopping:
o Purchase groceries and household supplies.
• Meal Preparation:
o Prepare simply dinners for the family or prep for dinner.
o Plan menus in collaboration with the family.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a similar role.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for grocery shopping and errands (family will reimburse for mileage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to family preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
